   आखिर यह कौन सी अभिव्यक्ति है, “ इजरायल को दण्डित करना” ? क्या हम आपके अधीन राज्य हैं? क्या हम कमजोर गणतंत्र हैं? क्या हम चौदह वर्ष के युवक हैं कि यदि वे ठीक से व्यवहार न करें तो उन्हें चपत लगा दो? मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूँ कि किन लोगों से यह सरकार बनी है। यह उन लोगों से बनी है जिनके जीवन प्रतिरोध में व्यतीत हुए जो लडते रहे और कष्ट सहते रहे। आप हमें “दंड” से डरा नहीं सकते। जो हमें डराने का प्रयास करेगा उसे दिखाई देगा कि उसकी धमकी हमारे कानों तक नहीं आती। हम केवल तर्क को सुनने के आदी हैं । आपको इजरायल को “ दण्ड” देने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है और मैं ऐसे वाक्याँश का पुरजोर विरोध करता हूँ ।
